Paris-XI, Orsay and Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris.
- 1994-1996: PhD in solid Earth geophysics, Université Paris-7 and
Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris. Defended on Jan
10th, 1997. Supervised by J.-P. Poirier, in collaboration with
J.-L. Le Mouël and C. Sotin.
Positions held
- Jan 1997–Apr 1998: national duty in Tahiti as technical staff for
the setup and operation of the Tahiti geodetic
observatory. Supervised by Alain Bonneville, paid by the CNES and in
collaboration with NASA’s Satellite Laser Ranging program.
- 1998–2006: Assistant professor (Maître de conférence) at the
Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris.
- 2000–2002: sabbatical leave (9 months each year) at UCLA,
department of Earth and Space Sciences.
- 2006–now: professor at the ENS de Lyon, geology department.
